Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 3x12.0 Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a long-term care setting for geriatric residents. You will manage a caseload of 20 residents, collaborating with a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care. This role requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and oversight of CNAs. Manage care for geriatric residents with wound care needs. Ensure all residents receive care with dignity and respect. Collaborate with nursing team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active LPN License in New York State (NYS). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Minimum of 2 years experience in a long-term care setting.
