We are seeking a NOC Help Desk Technician to join our team! You will resolve software, voice, and network connectivity-related issues for our clients. As the first hand in resolving all client concerns, you and your team are the face of the NOC. Providing 24x7 monitoring and management. Responsibilities: Actively monitor multiple client networks/switches/firewalls nationally Provide technical assistance with network connectivity and software/switch troubleshooting Track customer issues and resolutions with detailed documentation through ticketing system Resolve issues/tickets for clients via phone, email, or live Webex session Apply standardize troubleshooting steps to restore network connectivity/resolve issueAssist Data, Cisco and Avaya engineers as needed This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
