- Perform in-process and finished product inspections
- Verify materials, labels, packing lists, and shipment information for accuracy
- Ensure production inspections and quality procedures are followed
- Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming products
- Assist with corrective and preventive actions
- Complete daily production floor quality checks
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Work closely with production teams to promote quality standards
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements
- Basic math and computer skills
- Experience with manufacturing or inventory software is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
