We are looking for an *Experienced Automotive Technician* to join our team at our *Kia dealership in Selbyville, Delaware*. Work in a *brand-new, state-of-the-art facility* with a *fully air-conditioned shop*, modern equipment, and consistent workflow.

In addition to new Kia vehicles, our service department handles *all makes and models of pre-owned vehicles*, offering variety and steady work year-round.

Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
* Perform maintenance and repairs on *new Kia vehicles and pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models*
* Conduct inspections, electrical diagnostics, engine and drivability repairs
* Use factory and aftermarket diagnostic tools
* Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
* Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
* Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members
* Maintain a safe and clean work area

Qualifications

* 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
* Dealership experience a plus (Kia experience helpful but not required)
* Strong diagnostic skills across multiple makes and models
* ASE certifications preferred
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
