Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, Pastis Nashville features many of the beloved elements that define the iconic brand — a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all illuminated by the warm glow of Pastis’ signature golden lighting. We’re seeking Grill Cooks who are passionate about open-fire cooking, precision, and consistency — and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
