The Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York (LASNNY) seeks a Staff Attorney to serve as Conflict Defender for Washington County Family Court, based in our Saratoga Springs office. This is meaningful, substantive trial work—representing clients at critical moments when the public defender cannot appear due to a conflict of interest.
