Job Summary:

\n
• Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
\n
• Evaluates patients accurately and plans appropriate treatment
\n
• Sets and meets functional goals, revises and progresses treatment program
\n
• Provides instruction to patients, family members, and healthcare providers
\n

Minimum Education:

\n
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
\n

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:

\n
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
\n

Work Experience:

\n
• 0 - 6 months related experience
\n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

\n
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families
\n
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
\n
• Ability to use computers and basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting
\n
• Effective reasoning ability and adaptability
\n

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

\n
• Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
\n
• Evaluates patient accurately and plans appropriate treatment
\n
• Completes patient records in a timely manner
\n
• Maintains technical expertise through continuing education
\n
• Provides instruction to patients, family members, and healthcare providers
\n
