Enterprise Account Manager, Molecular Diagnostics - Florida

Abbott Molecular seeks an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage strategic customer relationships across Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana. The role involves selling molecular diagnostic solutions to large healthcare accounts, building senior-level partnerships, and leading cross-functional internal teams to maximize penetration and retention.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable revenue and close strategic account opportunities through customized solutions
- Analyze customer business objectives, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategy
- Build and leverage senior-level relationships to grow new sales and protect existing accounts
- Lead internal selling team and coordinate Abbott resources to execute multi-year account plans
- Negotiate contracts and serve as trusted advisor to customers on financial performance impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5+ years enterprise account sales in diagnostics or medical devices
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of laboratory practices and healthcare sales environment
Compensation: $113,300–$226,700 base
