Staff Data Platform Engineer — AI-Driven Data Leadership

Gradial, the marketing operations platform, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Data in Seattle to own the data platform end-to-end. You will shape the data layer, design Postgres schemas, indexing, pipelines, and build a company-wide warehouse with self-serve analytics. You will lead architecture for multimodal retrieval and ensure data quality as the product scales.
