LITIGATION PARALEGAL / LEGAL ASSISTANT (DOWNTOWN TAMPA) Company Description: Anthony & Partners, PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our fast‑paced downtown Tampa practice. Our practice focuses on: Complex Commercial Litigation Banking & Finance Bankruptcy & Debt Restructuring Federal and State Appeals Judgment Collection Intellectual Property and Non‑Compete Litigation & Counseling Role Description: This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Downtown Tampa. The Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant will support attorneys with case management, document preparation, and legal research. Daily tasks include drafting pleadings and motions, reviewing filings for accuracy, and ensuring deadlines are tracked and met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and thrives in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
