Florida Window & Door is a leader in the home improvement industry, specializing in the installation of high-quality impact windows and doors. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to come aboard our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS Requirements: 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results Benefits: Paid training and growth opportunities Monthly bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement Plan (401k) with company match Paid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr Florida Window and Door
