Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – 2nd ShiftAre you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations on 2nd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and support production team leaders and associates.Monitor daily production to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.Troubleshoot production delays, quality concerns, and safety issues.Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members.Promote teamwork, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and a positive work environment.Work closely with other departments to maintain efficient production flow.Assist with employee evaluations, coaching, and staffing needs.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Associate degree or related certifications preferred.At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience using hand measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Must be comfortable spending the majority of the shift on the production floor leading and supporting employees.What We're Looking For:Proven leadership experience with a stable work history.Someone who enjoys mentoring employees and driving continuous improvement.A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a manufacturing environment.
