Project Manager High End Residential - Hybrid in Los Angeles

Job Description HYBRID POSITION - Four days on-site/in office and one day work from home. We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive high end residential experience to join our team! Interested candidates should have 3+ years construction experience with at least 3 years of that experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm. Responsibilities Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution. Report directly to senior management Oversee budget management Development and management of all project documentation Subcontractor contract management Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer. Requirements At least 3 years of project management experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm. Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience. Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments. Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
