Senior Software Systems Engineer

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Software Systems Engineer (.Net Developer) will perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage technical planning, software systems integration, and provide technical support for software systems Utilize full-stack development expertise to build and maintain .Net back-end applications, ensuring performance and quality Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and document software designs Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with at least five years of experience in software development using .Net technologies Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C# and MVC architecture Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework for database design and development Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, along with CI/CD practices and tools Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience with unit testing frameworks Virtual Vocations Inc
