Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve project goals and maximize profitability. \* Negotiate, draft, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. \* Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks. \* Manage change orders and claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. \* Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for projects. \* Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. \* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. \* Identify new business opportunities and support bid and proposal efforts. \* Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. \* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior commercial staff as required. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. \* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial management within the energy services or construction industry. \* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial contracts and projects. \* Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms and conditions, and risk management principles. \* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. \* Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. \* Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills. \* Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and client meetings. \* Experience with Primoris Services Corporation or similar large-scale energy infrastructure companies is a plus.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
