As cloud providers, AI infrastructure operators, hyperscalers, and enterprise clients accelerate hardware refresh cycles, Sanmina is uniquely positioned to deliver complete circular economy solutions—spanning asset decommissioning, secure reverse logistics, data sanitization, testing, repair, component harvesting, and high-value remarketing.Sr Solutions and Sales Executive, Global ServicesJob Purpose: In this high-impact executive role, you will map the key structural components of the global ITAD and datacenter takeback ecosystem, identify market gaps, and design end-to-end go-to-market strategies. Crucially, you will collaborate with existing Sanmina business units and global divisions to capitalize on enterprise client relationships, while evaluating strategic third-party partnerships and potential acquisitions to architect a market-leading, total ITAD solution.Nature of Duties:Ecosystem Mapping & Solution ArchitectureMap out the complete datacenter takeback and ITAD supply chain—including onsite logistics, data destruction, hardware testing/refurbishment, component-level harvesting, ESG/compliance tracking, and secondary market remarketing.Identify service capability gaps within Sanmina's current offerings and formulate strategic recommendations for organic development, strategic partnerships, or target acquisitions (M&A) to build a unified, total solution.Leveraging Sanmina Entities & Existing RelationshipsPartner closely with internal Sanmina business units (Global Services, Integrated Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Repair/Refurbishment divisions) to align capability offerings.Systematically audit and tap into Sanmina’s existing enterprise, hyperscale, and OEM client relationships to introduce expanded ITAD, lifecycle, and reverse logistics services.Target Account Mapping & Key Contact StrategyIdentify and map buying centers and executive decision-makers (Datacenter Operations, Global Procurement, Infrastructure Lifecycle, ESG/Sustainability) across target accounts.Design multi-channel outreach strategies and executive engagement frameworks to secure early seat-at-the-table positioning with tier-1 cloud and enterprise prospects.Partnership & Strategic Acquisition (M&A) StrategyIdentify, vet, and recommend external channel partners, regional specialized ITAD vendors, and software platform providers to extend geographic or technical capabilities.Collaborate with Corporate Strategy and M&A leadership to evaluate potential acquisition targets that accelerate market share capture in high-growth datacenter verticals.Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Competitive IntelligenceArchitect comprehensive GTM playbooks tailored to hyperscalers, AI cloud operators, colocation providers, and Fortune 500 datacenters.Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., NIST 800-88, R2v3, e-Stewards, GDPR), competitive positioning, and secondary market pricing to maintain Sanmina's competitive advantage.Education and Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 8+ years of strategic market development, corporate strategy, or solution leadership within IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), reverse logistics, datacenter lifecycle management, or aftermarket service solutions.Datacenter & ITAD Expertise: Deep understanding of hyperscale and enterprise datacenter hardware lifecycle operations, chain-of-custody protocols, data security standards (NIST 800-88), and circular economy frameworks.M&A & Ecosystem Mapping: Demonstrated track record in mapping complex technology value chains, identifying capability gaps, and recommending strategic alliances or M&A opportunities.Leadership & Matrix Management: Exceptional ability to navigate complex global organizations, influencing internal stakeholders across business units without direct authority.Deep domain knowledge of secondary hardware markets, enterprise IT equipment remarketing values, and recycling supply chains.Advanced strategic capability in TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, business case development, and strategic option evaluation.Strong executive presence with proven capabilities in negotiating multi-million dollar enterprise deals, strategic alliances, and joint go-to-market initiatives.Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer
