Controller

KBW has partnered with a growing organization to identify an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and serve as a key financial partner to executive leadership. This person will oversee financial reporting, the month-end close, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while helping drive strategic business decisions. Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including the general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and cash management. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and prepare accurate financial statements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis. Maintain GAAP compliance, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate annual audits. Develop financial reporting and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Partner with department leaders to support business planning, profitability, and operational performance. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy. Mentor and develop the accounting team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. Progressive accounting leadership experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller responsibilities. Proven leadership, communication, and business partnering skills. Advanced Excel and ERP system experience preferred. Compensation:$175-200,000 plus bonus and benefits
