Family Medicine - Physician

SLUCare Physician Group, the academic medical practice of SSM Health, is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a full-time academic faculty role.

Position Highlights

• Join a dynamic and collaborative department committed to excellence in clinical care and the training of future family physicians. Ideal candidates are board-certified/board-eligible with strong clinical skills and a passion for education.
• Primarily outpatient practice within an innovative Patient-Centered Medical Home located on the SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital campus, with optional inpatient responsibilities.
• Opportunity to work alongside a large, academically driven faculty, with active involvement in teaching medical students and residents through clerkships, electives, seminars, and mentorship.
• Robust institutional support for scholarly activity, including mentorship and resources for research and academic advancement.

SLUCare Physician Group and SSM Health have partnered for decades to provide exceptional medical services to patients at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital, SSM Health St. Marys Hospital, and, most recently SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital.

SLUCares more than 600 faculty, other academic medical professionals, and staff are now a dedicated academic physician division within SSM Health and continue their work as researchers and educators. They will collaborate with SSM Health Medical Groups more than 600 community-based providers to deliver care at more than 50 physician office locations, as well as through comprehensive virtual and digital health services.
