Policy Issue Associate

Policy Issue Associate Location: Columbia, TN Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Shift: 8 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday Responsibilities Execute life insurance policy issuance tasks, including policy modifications, contract preparation, printing, binding, and mailing of policy documents. Process and apply premium payments accurately within company systems. Provide support to appointed insurance agents via phone and email with professional communication and strong telephone etiquette. Deliver high‑quality customer service to agents and clients while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Perform accurate data entry of policy and payment information with strong attention to detail. Ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols and company compliance standards at all times. Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned policy issue tasks in a timely and organized manner. Utilize basic computer systems and applications to complete daily workflow responsibilities. Manage time effectively while handling multiple policy processing tasks and deadlines. Work independently with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve basic policy issues. No prior life insurance experience required; comprehensive on‑site training provided.
