Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily using provided leads

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, and other PC insurance products

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals (40+ items/month)

• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property Casualty License *Required*

• 1+ year of PC Insurance Sales, commissioned based role *Required*

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

• Strong communication and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience (Allstate, State Farm, or similar)

• College degree

• Competitive background (sports, sales, or similar)
