salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, offboarding, policy enforcement, and benefits administration.

• Ensure full compliance with Delaware state labor laws and federal workplace regulations.

• Oversee vendor contracts, office facility logistics, and administrative purchasing.

• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on team building and operational initiatives.
