We offer a competitive compensation structure of 37–40% of collections , giving you the opportunity to directly benefit from the care you provide and the practice you help build.

For dentists who are new to the practice, including new graduates, we also offer an initial per diem/daily rate while you become familiar with the practice, build your patient base, and transition into the collections-based compensation model.

Clinical Autonomy

We believe dentists should have the freedom to diagnose, treatment plan, and treat patients according to their own clinical judgment .

You will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of general dentistry services and develop the type of clinical practice you want to build. We value your experience and clinical decision-making and want you to practice dentistry your way.

Modern Technology and Facilities

Our practice is modern, current, and designed to support high-quality patient care. We utilize advanced technology, including an in-office CBCT , giving our dentists access to valuable diagnostic tools without having to send patients elsewhere.

You will have the technology, equipment, and clinical environment necessary to provide comprehensive care in a contemporary dental practice.

Mentorship for New Graduates

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

We understand that the transition from dental school to private practice can be challenging. That is why we provide on-site mentorship to help new dentists develop confidence, strengthen treatment-planning skills, and expand their clinical abilities.

You will have experienced support available as you grow into your own style of practicing dentistry.

We welcome both experienced dentists and new graduates .

If you are an experienced dentist, you will have the autonomy, technology, patient variety, and flexibility to practice dentistry according to your own clinical philosophy.
