Associate Attorney - Litigation Defense

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with over three years of civil litigation experience for its Austin, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury defense, transportation litigation, construction, and/or product defect cases. Duties Handle legal matters related to civil litigation defense. Provide excellent client service efficiently and effectively. Communicate complex legal principles clearly to clients. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines. Requirements 3+ years of relevant work experience. Licensed to practice and in good standing in the State of Texas. Occasional local and state-wide travel may be required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
