If you're a hands-on leader who believes in accountability, teamwork, and developing employees, we'd love to hear from you.Why Join CrewBoss?Make an impact by helping manufacture life-saving protective equipment.Join a company with over 30 years of industry leadership and innovation.Work alongside a collaborative leadership team that values continuous improvement.Enjoy competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.Grow your career with opportunities for professional development and advancement.What You'll DoAs the Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily production operations and lead a team to safely produce high-quality products while meeting production schedules and customer expectations.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.Plan and assign daily work to ensure production schedules and customer commitments are met.Foster a positive, accountable team culture while providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, annual reviews, and corrective action when necessary.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.Monitor production performance metrics and communicate results to leadership.Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO quality standards, NFPA requirements, and all workplace safety practices.Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training to build a skilled, high-performing workforce.Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Operations to support production priorities, employee development, and customer satisfaction.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment, including coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.Review and approve employee timecards each payroll period.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can motivate employees, solve problems proactively, and balance quality, productivity, and customer expectations.We're looking for someone who:Communicates effectively with employees at all levels of the organizationLeads by example with professionalism and integrityThrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDemonstrates initiative and sound decision-makingPrioritizes safety, quality, and continuous improvementIs adaptable and able to manage changing prioritiesRecognizes potential issues before they become problems and takes actionQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required3–5 years of manufacturing experienceMinimum of 2 years of front-line supervisory experienceIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience using MRP/ERP systemsBilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workdayVisual acuity to read work instructions, operate equipment, and inspect finished productsJoin CrewBoss and help lead a team that manufactures life-saving equipment while building a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
