Territory Sales Manager

Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lyman, SC. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks include conducting in‑person and virtual sales meetings, presenting product solutions, negotiating pricing and terms, and providing timely follow‑up on inquiries and proposals. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, coordinate deliveries, and address customer issues. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining detailed sales reports, and participating in training and product updates to effectively represent AFF | group’s offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to present solutions, build relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proven Sales experience, including territory management, prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals. Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support long‑term client satisfaction. Experience in Training and coaching, with the ability to educate customers or team members on product features and best practices. Sales Management capabilities, including setting targets, forecasting, and using CRM tools to track performance. Knowledge of industrial, automotive, or materials‑related products is beneficial. Ability to work on‑site in Lyman, SC, travel within the territory, and manage time effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting to inform sales strategies and decisions. Compensation Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience. Performance‑based bonus structure with uncapped earning potential including revenue growth, gross margin, new business, and retention bonuses.
