Machinery Technician

Installation of machinery and equipment according to plans, drawings, and blueprints. Troubleshoot machinery and equipment. Repair and lubricate machines and equipment. Move machinery using hoist, dollies, rollers, and trucks. Perform equipment inspections. Maintain document records of performed inspections. Perform system checks of Dust Systems to ensure system is working as designed and within company regulations. Investigate and repair Fugitive Dust issues found in the facility.

Working knowledge of pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors and other mechanical equipment, including installation. Prior experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment is preferred. Must have some electrical knowledge. Driver's license. Willing to work holidays, weekends, rotating shifts, call outs.

Must be able to stand long periods of time. Lifting max. 50#; stoop, bend, etc. Drive vehicle and fork lift.
