Please call out if they do not have these skills in the screen. *************** REQUIRED: experience with drains, vasoactive drips, mechanical ventilation, and recovery from general anesthesia; needs high acuity inpatient PACU and ICU/critical care experience required. ***************High acuity PACU area with 80% of their patients being admitted into the hospital after the procedure/surgery. PACU (Recovery): Unit open 24/7. 38 patient bays. Critical care experience required as some patients require artificial airways, invasive monitoring (including ICP), transfusions, and vasoactive drugs. They include: Neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, colorectal, GYN, orthopedics, trauma, transplant, cardiothoracic, hepatobiliary, vascular, endoscopy, interventional radiology and urology. EKG rhythm analysis, transfusion, blood drawing, and IV starting capabilities are a few of the requirements. *night shift would have to learn how to work up a preop patientREQUIRED: experience with drains, vasoactive drips, mechanical ventilation, and recovery from general anesthesia; needs high acuity inpatient PACU and ICU experience preferred.
