Spot Welder

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spot Welder to join our production team. The Spot Welder is respoonsible for operating spot-welding equipment to assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interpretation blueprints, process sheets, and production specifications. Inspect welded parts to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Ability to identify parts of all types. Set-up, operation and adjustments of spot-welding tools and machines. Maintain production quotas while meeting quality expectations. Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools. Must be able to set up and run spot welding for all materials (ferrous & non-ferrous, aluminized...etc) Demonstrated ability to assemble complex products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be able to weld samples that pass the required pull testing. Follow process sheets and solve any problems that may occur during the spot weld process. Basic knowldedge of welding safety practices.
