Coverage Need: Full Time and Part Time
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Coverage Requirement: 10 shifts per month
Shift Information: 24 hour physician shifts 7a to 7a [Re: Locums...Dardanelle | Outlook]
Education and Training: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of Residency program in relevant specialty EM FM IM and GS.
Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in the requested specialty.
License: Active unrestricted AR Medical license and DEA license with AR address and schedules 2 2N 3 3N 4 and 5.
Board Certification: Board not required.
Merit Badge: ATLS required for all. ACLS and PALS recommended.
Immunizations: TB within 12 months COVID Flu Vaccination within 12 months MMR Varicella and Hep B.
Case Log: 2 years of case logs.
CME CEU: 2 years of CMEs. Proof of 40 Category 1 CME hours.
Specific Facility Procedures: N A.
Malpractice Coverage: $1000000 $3000000.
Additional Details: MSO from Conway Regional MC handles Dardanelle credentialing. Alternative boards including ABPS accepted.
Facility Details: Annual volume 5000. Approximately 14 patients per day. Admission rate 10 percent. 25 hospital beds. EMR Medhost. Privileging timeframe approximately 60 days.
