Structural Engineer

Develop structural designs for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Perform detailed structural analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other engineering methodologies to ensure safety, stability, and performance.

Design and evaluate structural systems utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, and other construction materials.

Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, construction documents, and specifications.

Conduct building code analysis and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and safety requirements.

Review geotechnical reports and incorporate geotechnical recommendations into foundation and structural designs.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project development.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance on structural solutions and best practices.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Support project planning, coordination, and execution from concept through construction.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

Active Structural Engineer (SE) license required.

Professional Engineer (PE) license alone is not sufficient unless accompanied by an active SE license.

Proven experience in structural engineering and design for commercial and/or residential projects.

Strong experience with steel, concrete, masonry, and system-based structural design.

Proficiency in structural analysis and engineering calculation software, including Mathcad or similar tools.

In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Experience reviewing geotechnical reports and applying foundation design principles.

Strong technical writing, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
