Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support. Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output while keeping accurate records. Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being. Observe and report any changes in patient condition to ensure the best care.
