Yard & Warehouse Foreman Wood Shed Lumber & Hardware Supply
Pay Based on Experience | Full-Time

Are you the person everyone counts on to keep things moving?

Maybe you're already leading a crew. Maybe you're the person who naturally steps up, solves problems, and makes sure the job gets done right.

Either way, we want to talk to you.

Wood Shed Lumber & Hardware Supply is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our yard and warehouse operations.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day sitting behind a desk. We need someone who enjoys staying busy, working alongside their team, and taking pride in a well-run operation.

You'll play an important role in keeping materials moving, customers taken care of, and your crew working together.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and working alongside the yard and warehouse team

• Organizing daily workloads and keeping operations running smoothly

• Overseeing incoming shipments, inventory, and customer orders

• Making sure materials are pulled, loaded, and delivered accurately

• Training employees and helping build a dependable team

• Keeping the yard safe, organized, and efficient

• Identifying problems and taking the initiative to find solutions

What We're Looking For

• Takes initiative without waiting to be told what needs done

• Can lead a team while still being willing to jump in and help

• Stays organized and thinks ahead

• Communicates well and holds themselves and others accountable

• Understands the importance of customer service

• Has experience in lumber, construction, warehouse operations, agriculture, or another hands-on industry

• Is comfortable working outdoors and handling physical work

Previous leadership and forklift experience are a plus.
