Summary: The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Responsibilities: pillars of success: timeliness, diligence and proofing work, clear/consistent communication, self-initiated investigations into issues while developing solutions independently, working collaboratively with the finance team, and engaging with team culture. Submit daily pricing & audit claim/credits in SAP/ERP platform to submit and clear high volume deductions for Retail and Pro business channels. Aggregate and submit claim information. Perform end-to-end internal and external financial audit of Lowe's monthly/annual program billing. Identify root cause, investigate, and develop solutions for pricing variance events. Ability to present analyses/findings in clear, simple terms to Finance and Executive Leadership in weekly and monthly meetings. Provide recommendations on pricing/audit validation process improvements; create process improvement plans. Document processes and store in historical repository for future use in training and post-audit validations. Lead trainings on said processes. Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports. Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions. Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks. Requirements: bachelor's degree, dispute process with external stakeholders, advanced proficiency in Excel required, ability to understand complex financial and operational processes.
