Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience working with school-age children in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to create and follow individualized plans, track progress, and collaborate with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grades in a school setting
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
• Provide consultative support as needed for classroom staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
• Serve as an integral resource within the school’s multidisciplinary support team
