Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Modesto, CA, requiring an active CA RN license and at least one year of recent L&D experience.

Details

• 13-week travel nursing contract in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit in Modesto, CA
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required — pending licensure is not accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials not accepted

Additional Information

• 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) is preferred
• 1 year of high-risk OB/Labor & Delivery experience within the last 2 years is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred
• Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
• Candidates with prior Kaiser Permanente contingent worker history should be aware that assignments may not exceed two cumulative years without a 90-day break in placement
