Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dentist to fill an opening in a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Dayton, OH. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients. Perform restorative, preventive, and surgical dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the Federally Qualified Health Center to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Greenlife Healthcare Staffing - Empowering Healthcare Professionals, Enriching Lives Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio. CPR certification required. Experience: 5+ years of experience preferred. Completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program preferred. Experience with diverse patient populations. Technical Skills: Proficient in office management, dental software, and equipment. Knowledge of relevant regulations in community dental care. Soft Skills: Commitment to preventive care. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Polish) preferred.
