Your professional expertise will support a diverse student population, with a caseload averaging around 45 students. The presence of SLPAs on campus ensures balanced workload and ongoing collegial support as you deliver individualized services.


Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an approved SLPA program
• Current California SLP License (CCC highly preferred) or SLPA credential
• Recent school-based experience or strong pediatric clinical background
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and reassessments of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with on-site SLPAs and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain appropriate documentation
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and achievement-oriented environment for all learners
