Amazon Growth Manager

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Amazon / Marketplace Growth Manager to own and scale a multi-million-dollar Amazon business. Our Amazon channel already generates 7-Figures in annual revenue with strong YoY growth . We’ve built a strong foundation, now we’re looking for someone who can help define and execute the next phase of growth. You’ll have meaningful ownership over one of the company’s largest revenue channels and the freedom to identify, test, and execute new ways to grow it. What You’ll Own Drive revenue, profitability, and overall growth across Amazon Own and optimize Amazon advertising, including PPC and broader paid strategies Identify opportunities across pricing, promotions, merchandising, conversion, and product positioning Use marketplace and advertising data to diagnose problems and uncover growth opportunities Build strategies to defend and expand branded and non-branded search presence Experiment with new ways to acquire customers and drive traffic to Amazon Explore opportunities across DSP, Amazon Live, affiliates, influencers, creators, and off-Amazon acquisition Develop and execute growth experiments rather than relying solely on the traditional Amazon playbook Work directly with leadership to establish growth targets and turn ideas into action What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who combines strong Amazon fundamentals with an entrepreneurial growth mindset . You may come from a consumer brand, e-commerce company, marketplace business, or Amazon-focused agency. What matters most is that you’ve personally been close to the work and can point to measurable growth you helped create. Ideally, you have: Meaningful experience managing and growing an Amazon business Hands-on expertise with Amazon advertising and PPC Strong understanding of the levers that drive marketplace revenue and profitability Experience using data to make decisions and identify opportunities A track record of testing ideas and scaling what works The ability to operate independently and take ownership without waiting for a playbook Experience with DSP, influencers, affiliates, social commerce, TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, or off-Amazon customer acquisition is a major plus.
