This is NOT a remote role. Relocation is required for candidates not currently in the Hinesville area. We provide relocation support and guidance throughout the process. About the Role You are stepping into a successful, fully staffed clinic with established clients, committed families, a strong team, and a positive work environment already in place. The clinic is fully staffed with a strong foundation and community relationships. Your role will be to continue that success, support the team, maintain clinical quality, and run day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of all ABA programs Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Ensure compliance with BACB, ethical, and regulatory standards Partner with families to ensure progress and quality care Drive program development, training, and continuous improvement Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and clinic growth Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification required 4+ years of ABA clinical experience, including leadership/supervision Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care Preferred Doctorate in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field Experience in program development and staff training Familiarity with serving children with autism and developmental disabilities Who This Role Is Perfect For BCBAs ready to step into clinical leadership Clinicians looking to transition out of high cost-of-living markets Leaders seeking stronger support and a more sustainable pace Those excited to help shape and grow a clinic Let’s Connect Relocating is a big decision — and we’re here to support you every step of the way with flexibility, guidance, and a strong onboarding experience.
