Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in Blue Springs, United States. As a Pizza Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, crafting exceptional pizzas that delight our customers every single day. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, work collaboratively with a supportive team, and grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - Prepare and shape pizza dough with precision, ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, including high-temperature ovens (up to 500+ degrees), pizza peels, and cutting tools with expertise and safety awareness
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, paying meticulous attention to ingredient placement and presentation
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Stock and organize ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers, maintaining organized and efficient workspace
