Position Overview Water Source Solutions is seeking a positive, reliable, and experienced Fractional Head of HR to support our growing team. This role plays a key part in strengthening internal operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership with strategic people initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment and on boarding processes Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution support Support performance management and employee development initiatives Advise leadership on workforce planning and HR best practices Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation Help cultivate a positive, productive company culture Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Manager level) Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and integrity Strong organizational and time management skills HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) Pay: $50.00 - $250.00 per hour Education: Master's (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Van Nuys, CA 91405 #J-18808-Ljbffr Gofractional
