El candidato ideal es una persona autodidacta con sólidas habilidades de coaching y mentoría , que prospere en un entorno de cocina acelerada y aporte experiencia previa en supervisión o culinaria . Lideran con propósito y marcan el tono de una cocina limpia, segura y de alto rendimiento.

Responsabilidades clave:
- Liderar el equipo de Back of House (BOH) para entregar alimentos de alta calidad con precisión, rapidez y cuidado
- Supervisar y mantener en todo momento los estándares de seguridad alimentaria, la limpieza y los procedimientos operativos
- Ejecutar la preparación de alimentos, la cocina y las operaciones de cocina de forma eficiente
- Mentora y asesora a los miembros del equipo de BOH, creando una cultura de cocina positiva y productiva
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca Chick-fil-A en cuanto a presentación y calidad de los alimentos
- Marca el ritmo del equipo y la energía en cada turno
- Gestionar inventarios, organización de cocinas y seguimiento de residuos
- Ayuda con la planificación, el liderazgo de turnos y el desarrollo del personal de BOH
- Abre o cierra la cocina y actúa como portador de la llave según sea necesario
