Reservations Rooms Controller

A Reservations Rooms Controller is responsible for entering reservations data into the computer system to effectively control room availability. This position will also work closely with sales and catering to create room blocks for groups coming into the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering internal and external telephone calls in order to assist the caller with their inquiries and requests
  • Selling of additional services and upgrades to respective guests by presenting, promoting products/services
  • Maintain accurate guest records
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested

Qualifications:

  • This position requires an experienced hospitality professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous reservations agent experience preferred.
