Territory Manager, Structural Heart, TEER (Kansas City / Springfield, MO)

Abbott seeks a Territory Manager for its MitraClip structural heart division in Kansas City and Springfield, Missouri. The role involves driving sales objectives, developing market strategies, and building relationships with hospital customers and physicians in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and develop account strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify market opportunities and establish pricing proposals aligned with customer needs and company policy
- Observe clinical procedures and consult with hospital staff to understand physician-specific requirements
- Deliver product presentations and training to secure purchasing commitments from hospital decision makers
- Maintain professional networks through conferences, trade shows, and relationship-building activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years cardiovascular industry experience with 3+ years in structural heart or heart failure device sales
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements including potential COVID-19 vaccination
- Strong sales capability and clinical orientation
- Knowledge of interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, and echocardiography preferred
