Title:  Truck Driver

Immediate Supervisor : COO/Lead Truck Driver

Employment Info:

• Full-time employment
• Approximately 45-55 hours per week

Compensation: $25/hr

Benefits:

• Paid Vacation: Accrue vacation hours for every hour worked. (starts at 90 days of employment).
• Home daily.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current Medical Examiners Certificate.
• Random drug testing performed by third party.
• 2+ years of driving experience preferred.
• Front end loader experience preferred.
• Flexibility during busy seasons (some Saturdays and increased hours may be required).
• Possess a smart phone (time clock and equipment reporting).

• Be willing to learn front end loader operation for self-loading.
• Be on time and prepared for work.
• Be productive and timely.
• Hold yourself accountable for quality of work as well as mistakes made along the way.
• Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits.

Job Description:

• Follow start up and shut down protocol as instructed.
• Complete daily driving instructions set by your supervisor.
• Use front end loaders to load yourself when necessary.
• Operate trucks and equipment in a SAFE and appropriate manner
• Clean, maintain, and inspect trucks daily.
• Report defects and breakage on equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve issues.
• Assist with repairs if required.
• Fill out required forms using a provided tablet or personal phone.

Working Conditions: The applicant must be physically and mentally able to meet the demands of the job while also conducting themselves in a manner that is conducive to the health and safety of themselves and others. Maintenance of equipment often requires getting dirty and working in dusty or wet environments. PPE is provided as needed.
