Our practice is growth-focused, professional, and passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient we serve.Position DetailsWe are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys contributing to a goal-oriented team.Schedule:Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PMRole Overview: You will provide comprehensive preventive care, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and high-quality clinical operations. This role is ideal for a hygienist who values productivity, patient connection, and a strong team culture.RequirementsActive Indiana Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licenseStrong clinical and patient education skillsSelf-motivated with excellent time managementAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume practiceGoal-oriented and committed to personal and team successExcellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindsetProfessionalism, reliability, and a positive attitudeQualifications:Current dental hygienist licenseExcellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentationCPR CertificationPreferred ExperienceExperience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systemsDesire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental healthClinical needs as required by officeCompletion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
