This role supports high-volume vendor payments related to logistics, manufacturing operations, and services, ensuring compliance with internal controls, contract terms, and payment schedules./ph3Responsibilities Include:/h3ulliProcess high-volume invoices (PO and non-PO) with accuracy and timeliness/liliPerform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)/liliValidate pricing, quantities, freight terms, and tax treatment/liliPrepare and execute weekly/monthly payment runs (ACH, wire, check)/liliEnsure invoices are paid in accordance with negotiated terms and cash-flow priorities/liliServe as primary AP contact for assigned vendors/liliResolve invoice discrepancies, short payments, and billing disputes/liliCoordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Receiving, and Operations to clear holds/liliMaintain professional vendor relationships to prevent shipment delays or service interruptions/liliProcess freight invoices (ocean, air, trucking, drayage, warehousing)/liliValidate accessorial charges, detention/demurrage, and fuel surcharges/liliSupport urgent or exception payments tied to production-critical shipments/liliEscalate payment risks that may impact inbound materials or outbound deliveries/liliEnsure compliance with internal AP policies and SOX controls/liliMaintain proper documentation and audit trails/liliAssist with internal and external audits as required/liliEnsure vendor master data accuracy (W-9s, banking details, tax status)/liliReconcile AP subledger to GL/liliMonitor aging reports and proactively manage overdue items/liliSupport month-end close activities/liliProvide AP metrics and ad-hoc analysis when requested/liliAll other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliAssociates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/lili3+ years of Accounts Payable experience/liliExperience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments strongly preferred/liliProficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)/liliStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)/liliFamiliarity with freight invoices and logistics cost structures is a strong plus/liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy/liliStrong sense of urgency and accountability/liliExperience supporting centralized AP for multiple business entities or sites/liliAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment/liliUnderstanding of Incoterms and logistics cost driver/liliClear, professional communication with internal teams and external vendors/liliComfortable escalating issues that pose operational or financial risk/liliProven ability to work cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Operations/li/ulh3Physical Requirements and Working Conditions/h3ulliAbility to sit for extended periods while working at a computer/liliFrequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and operating office equipment/liliOccasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching/liliAbility to lift and carry light office materials (up to 1015 lbs), such as files or office supplies/liliVisual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports/liliAbility to attend meetings and interact with employees, clients, and vendors/li/ul/div
