This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time!
• $0.51-$0.56 per mile 
• Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25 
• Drop and hook per stop: $35
• Live load/unload per stop: $50 
• Hazmat per load: $25 
• Refrigerated per load: $30 
• Crosstown per move: $25-$60 
• Driver assist per occurrence: $25
• Empty move per stop: $15
• Equipment cleaning per hour: $15
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Rail delay per hour: $20
• Refused delivery per occurrence: $40
• Truck order not used: $20
• Yard work per hour: $20
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• New hire training pay per day: $250
• Holiday pay per day: $200 
• Driver trainer pay per hour: $28
• Attendance bonus: $1,000 per year
• Bereavement/Jury Duty pay: $175 per day
• Layover pay: $20 per hour
• Live lifts pay: $15 per occurrence
• Operational meetings pay: $22 per hour
• Spotting work pay: $5 per move
• Truck detailing pay: $50
• Truck order not used pay: $20 per occurrence
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $84,000
