About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Executive Director for Finance and Administration to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader and change agent, responsible for overseeing the integral functions of finance, contracting, human resources, information technology, and administrative services. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's planning and programming activities and requires a visionary and strategic individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, budgeting, or administration, including at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership position. Applicants for the Deputy Executive Director position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree and/or CPA license preferred.
