TYMETAL, located in Greenwich, NY, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Inside Sales Team and support our commitment to outstanding customer service. As a Technical Sales Associate, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment dedicated to supporting our valued customers.

Your role as a Technical Sales Associate:

• Develop quotations for gate products and systems
• Respond to product inquiries and follow up on sales leads to secure the order
• Assemble and distribute custom submittal packages for pending orders
• Enter sales orders and track them through production and delivery
• Perform project management for larger projects, monitoring from sale through installation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear customer communication.
• Work internally to resolve customer service issues, such as quality and delivery issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Ability to read project plans and technical drawings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in an environment with constant interruptions
• MS Word/Excel required and Salesforce familiarity preferred
